Dry:

  • 1c sorghum flour
  • 1c millet flour
  • 1/2tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4tsp ginger
  • 1/4tsp cloves
  • 1tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4tsp Baking Soda
  • 2tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2c of brown sugar

Wet:

  • 9T of Just Egg
  • 1c pumpkin
  • 1/3c Oil
  • 1T Vanilla
  • Had to add 2TBsp of Water and an extra 2TBsp of Just Egg to get texture right Cook at 400F for 20mins.
