Ingredients:

  • 150g sugar
  • 55g oil
  • 80g fake milk
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 120g GF Flour
  • 65g dutch coco powder
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp xanthum gum
  • 1/4 salt
  • powdered sugar for coating
  • bakers chocolate to top with

Steps:

  1. Whisk oil, sugar, milk, & vanilla together in a large bowl
  2. In separate bowl whisk GF flour, coco powder, baking powder, xanthum gum, & salt
  3. Mix dry into wet untill smooth
  4. Scoop 1tbsp size balls and roll in powdered sugar, the more the better.
  5. Chill for a few hours(3 minimum)
  6. Press down on each cookie with spoon or tbsp a little so there’s room for chocolate after baking.
  7. Bake 350F for 10min
  8. Put chocolate baking square in the middle of each cookie immediately after pulling them out
  9. Rest on pan for 5-10mins
  10. Put on cooling racks for another 15-20mins
