• 100g margarine melted and cooled!

  • 70g fine white sugar

  • 120g dark brown sugar (if using light reduce flour by 20g)

  • 1 flaxegg

    • 1Tbsp flaxseed meal + 3Tbsp of water let sit for 10-15mins
  • 1Tsp vanilla

  • 240g GF Flour (2:1:1 Tapioca:Millet:Sorghum)

  • 1/2tsp xanthum (increase by 1/8-1/4tsp if using fake egg)

  • 1/2tsp baking soda

  • 1tsp baking powder

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 50g chocolate chips

  • 50g dark chocolate chips or chopped blocks

  • Cream sugars with butter

  • add in flaxegg & vanilla

  • whisk dry ingredients in separate bowl

  • add dry to wet

  • Bake 350F 12 or 14mins

  • cool on sheet for 5-10mins

  • then rest on racks or eat em
