100g margarine melted and cooled!

70g fine white sugar

120g dark brown sugar (if using light reduce flour by 20g)

1 flaxegg
- 1Tbsp flaxseed meal + 3Tbsp of water let sit for 10-15mins

1Tsp vanilla

240g GF Flour (2:1:1 Tapioca:Millet:Sorghum)

1/2tsp xanthum (increase by 1/8-1/4tsp if using fake egg)

1/2tsp baking soda

1tsp baking powder
-
1/2tsp salt
-
50g chocolate chips
-
50g dark chocolate chips or chopped blocks

Cream sugars with butter
-
add in flaxegg & vanilla
-
whisk dry ingredients in separate bowl
-
add dry to wet
-
Bake 350F 12 or 14mins
-
cool on sheet for 5-10mins

then rest on racks or eat em
