- 220g gf flour
- 64g cornstarch
- 24g(2T) sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2tsp baking soda
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2tsp xanthum gum
- 450g - 2c milk
- 75g - 1/3c oil
- 2Tbsp of flaxseed meal to replace egg
- 2tsp vanilla
Whisk dry ingredients together then whisk in wet ingredients
