• 220g gf flour
  • 64g cornstarch
  • 24g(2T) sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp xanthum gum
  • 450g - 2c milk
  • 75g - 1/3c oil
  • 2Tbsp of flaxseed meal to replace egg
  • 2tsp vanilla

Whisk dry ingredients together then whisk in wet ingredients
