Pancakes
Dry:
- 260g GF flour
- 104g tapioca starch
- 78g millet flour
- 78g sorghum flour
- 4tsp of baking powder
- 2tsp of psyllium husk WHOLE or 1tsp of xanthum gum
- 1/2tsp of salt
- 4tsp of Sugar
Wet:
- 1 can of coconut milk or 400g of milk/not-milk
- 3-4tbsp of oil/melted butter
- 1 unit(~115g) of apple sauce or 2 eggs
- 2-4tsp of Vanilla
whisk dry ingredients till even
mix in wet ingredients and let sit for 5-10mins to thicken up.
