Dry:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 TBsp baking powder
  • 1/2TBsp sugar
  • 6g psyllium husk
  • 2g xanthan gum

Wet:

  • 1/4c margarine - not melted!
  • 1 cup milk & 1 tsp vinegar - cold!
    • to replace buttermilk
  1. Whisk dry
  2. Add butter
  3. Add milk

Bake 450F for 14mins or more if big
